After years training under French classical masters at Le Cordon Bleu London, I noticed British party tables deserved more than just heavy fruitcakes. They deserved the airiness of chiffon, the sharpness of native wild berries, and the pristine architectural posture of modern art.
In 2016, I began Cake Glory in a tiny apartment workshop on King’s Road. I committed to a strict vow: No frozen batters, zero artificial food flavorings, and absolute transparency in where we procure our dairy.
Today, our bakers treat every custom commission with the same devotion. It is baking with absolute British pride and standard, crafted specifically for your glorious moments.
